LandBridge: I'd Love To Buy, But I Don't Like The Valuation

Seeking Alpha · Thu, 17 Sep 2026 16:57:31 -0400

LandBridge Company LLC's water royalty volumes are rising despite slower well drilling. This is due to increasing wastewater volumes from maturing Delaware Basin wells. A projected Delaware Basin disposal-capacity shortfall over the next 10 years should support higher royalty rates. LandBridge is pursuing data-center leases for up to 10 GW, creating meaningful long-term optionality that I estimate can lead to a 6% uplift on TTM revenues.

40% Of My Portfolio Is In Just 3 Stocks

Seeking Alpha · Fri, 04 Sep 2026 07:30:00 -0400

My portfolio is highly concentrated, with 40% in Old Dominion Freight Line, Texas Pacific Land, and LandBridge, reflecting high-conviction investing. ODFL offers unique LTL logistics, a pristine balance sheet, and real estate advantages, while TPL and LB provide exposure to Permian water, surface rights, and emerging AI data center trends. Both TPL and LB are shifting from traditional energy royalties to secular growth in water management and potential multi-decade data center cash flows, though execution risk remains.

LandBridge: The AI Data Center Thesis Is Real, But The Valuation Is Already Pricing It In

Seeking Alpha · Thu, 27 Aug 2026 09:12:01 -0400

LandBridge Company LLC delivers exceptional margin and growth via its unique land-licensing model in the Permian Basin. Q2 results highlight 41% revenue and EBITDA growth, with EBITDA margins near 90% and robust free cash flow. LB is pursuing data center and power generation projects, including a 2 GW PowerBridge agreement, but revenue realization remains uncertain.

My Game Plan For What Some Call A Fat AI Bubble

Seeking Alpha · Tue, 25 Aug 2026 07:30:00 -0400

I see broadening market leadership beyond AI, with dividend growth and value stocks outperforming tech-heavy indices year-to-date. While AI-driven CapEx and margins have powered recent gains, the sustainability of high rates of change is a key risk for hyperscaler suppliers. I favor selective diversification into undervalued cyclicals, energy, and income stocks to mitigate concentration and margin normalization risks.

LandBridge: My Biggest Investment Ever Is Just Getting Started

Seeking Alpha · Sun, 16 Aug 2026 07:30:00 -0400

LandBridge is my largest holding, driven by its unique Permian Basin land portfolio and strategic positioning for data center and produced water growth. LB's latest quarter confirmed real progress: seven counterparties are in late-stage negotiations for over 10 GW of power/data center projects, with revenue expected before the end of next year. Produced water remains a robust growth engine, with sequential disposal volumes up 15% and pricing expected to reach $0.15 per barrel, supporting EBITDA growth to $360M by 2029.
